Reserve

Reservation allows you to reserve the desired items when they are not yet available on the market, or to be among the first when the item is in a limited edition.

The reservation of Darkstone item is in no way a commitment and an order. You must first create a “Darkstone” member account to be able to book. Once the item is reserved, you will receive all the detailed information later, including: price, colors, sizes, other specifications.

When the item is available, an email will be sent to you to purchase the reserved item. You will have to confirm and proceed with said order.

Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Mastercard
  • PayPal

Payment currencies
Purchases and shipping are charged in the nominated currency of the shipping destination.

Shipping

Delivery is free for all orders of $ 150 or more .

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of items.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

To access it, you must log into your “account”.

We deliver all over the world. If your delivery address has a restriction in the shipment, you will see it at the time of purchase.

All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe.

Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased on Darkstoneprod.com, you have 30 days from the date of shipment of your order. Here are the options for returning your merchandise:

  • Darkstone show room (free return)
    You can return your order in the Darkstone Show room.
    You just have to present the items you wish to return with the receipt which can be printed on paper or in digital version on your mobile.
    Note that if you cannot go to the store, the person of your choice can do it for you.
  • By post: the goods must be kept in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable . All returns will be credited to the card used during the initial payment. Your credit card account will be credited when processing the returned item (s). The amount credited should therefore appear on your next statement of account. You will receive an email notification once the processing of the returned item (s) has been completed.

Return conditions

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location with the original invoices. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Darkstone item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Darkstone reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

If you are eligible for return and wish to return an item, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Send us an email to communication@darkstonemail.com mentioning your desire to make a return;
  2. We will send you a link to print a return label;
  3. Stick the return label on the parcel and drop it off at an office or post office box.

And There you go! Once your package has been received, we will issue a refund.
